Women Empowerment Celebration

Women Empowerment Celebration was first launched by TalentCorp on 8th March 2022 in conjunction with the International Women’s Day and has since been curated each year with events put together to campaign and support women’s empowerment for the benefit and growth of Malaysia’s workforce.

Throughout the whole month of March, a line-up of events with the objective to enhance awareness among women and general public about gender equality are opened for participation. It is also a call-to-action for each party to assume greater roles in addressing gender-based barriers which may limit women’s meaningful participation in the workforce.
