Preparing Malaysian Students for Career Success

Young Employable Students (YES) is a framework of action designed to increase graduate employability skills in collaboration with strategic and passionate industry and academic collaborators.

YES! Rock The School is an initiative aimed at preparing school students for career success. The programme is designed to equip students with the necessary skills and knowledge to make informed career decisions, as well as to help them develop the competencies required to thrive in a rapidly changing job market.

It consists of two tracks of outreach and development initiatives for students (aged 15-18 years old) and school counsellors. The focus topics are towards supporting better informed decisions among students in education and onwards career path, including skilled and TVET-related jobs.

The programme includes a range of activities and resources to support career readiness, such as career talks, and workshops. These activities are designed to help students explore different career paths, develop essential skills, and gain exposure to the world of work.
