Many women who left their jobs for family reasons hesitate to return to work because they wonder how they can balance their work and family responsibilities. As more companies embrace flexible and family-friendly working environments, balancing work and life is no longer impossible.

With so much responsibility on your shoulders, we understand that going back to work may be a daunting experience. But it doesn't have to be. Today, there are many ways for you to return to the workforce, pursue your career aspirations and still be there for your family.

If you have been on your career break for more than six months, start by sharing your CV with us. We will help connect you to potential employers and will also keep you updated with the latest news on Career Comeback workshops and events.
 

ELIGIBILITY

Malaysian professionals who wish to apply for the Career Comeback Programme must meet the following minimum criteria:

• A Malaysian citizen
• Have a minimum of three (3) years of working experience
• Are on a career break for more than six (6) months, and unemployed during the career break

*The period of career break is not mandated, unlike CCP Tax Exemption
