MyMAHIR Future Skills Talent Council (FSTC), introduced by Talent Corporation Malaysia Berhad (TalentCorp), is an industry-driven initiative aimed at ensuring Malaysian talents are well-prepared for the jobs of the future. The agency acts as a bridge, bringing together government agencies, industry stakeholders and workforce solutioning partners. The goal is to support workforce solutioning efforts by equipping Malaysian talents with industry-relevant skills based on current and future needs. MyMAHIR FSTC is a collaborative effort involving industry leaders, government agencies and TalentCorp to equip Malaysian talents with the skills needed for the future job market.
