Giving Students A Leg Up In The ICT Job Market

Outsourcing Malaysia, a chapter of The National ICT Association of Malaysia (PIKOM), together with several local universities, just held a graduation ceremony for the latest batch of students under its Graduate Employability Management Scheme (GEMS-SSO) programme.

Created under a joint initiative by Outsourcing Malaysia, Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC) and Talent Corporation of Malaysia Berhad (TalentCorp), the programme aims to give final year university students training in Human Resources and Finance two fast-growing areas in the Global Business Services sector.
